2.1 Report Format

Address is completed for ALL fires and explosions. (added to page 5) Fire departments may complete addresses for all responses for their own records. The Office of the Fire Marshal records only fire or explosion incident addresses.

2.2 Reporting exceptions

Multi-Vehicle Fires (revised 2001) (page 8)
In the case where a multi-vehicle fire occurs (e.g. as a result of a multi-vehicle collision), a single incident report is required. Use the codes for multi vehicles in property class to indicate more than one vehicle had fire involvement.
