Every hotel establishment regulated by Section 9.9 Hotels must have a building audit completed by January 1, 2008. The audit must identify building features in relation to the requirements contained in Section 9.9 Hotels. The audit must be retained by the owner and must be made available to the fire department upon request. The guidelines below have been developed to assist owners in preparing the required audit.
