Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general administrative functions including financial services, human resources, fleet management and vehicle procurement, policies and procedures, asset management, and uniform procurement
  • Process Assistant to the Fire Marshal identification cards
  • Process and analyze fire occurrence data submitted by fire departments and fire investigations data, identify trends, produce and publish statistics
  • Manage and coordinate the development, quality assurance and testing of OFM custom computer applications
  • Implement, maintain or support website, intranet and extranet installations
  • Coordinate support of the OFM information technology infrastructure
