The persons whose names are listed below have been designated Assistants to the Fire Marshal under Subsection 11.(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997. I attest that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out the duties of an Assistant to the Fire Marshal. I request that Assistant to the Fire Marshal identification cards be sent to the fire department / municipality for these persons for their use in the performance of their duties.
