BAKER, Terry postponed to be announced to be announced Ms. Baker, 30, died on July 6, 2016 at the St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener after transfer from Grand Valley Institution for Women. 
BEAVER, Moses postponed Thunder Bay Dr. L. McNaughton-Filion Mr. Beaver, 56, died on Feb. 13, 2017, at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre after transfer from the Thunder Bay Jail. 
BLACKETT, Craig postponed to be announced to be announced Mr. Blackett, 41, died on May 27, 2016, from injuries sustained while working at a construction site. 
BLAIR, Delilah postponed to be announced Dr. J. Tang Ms. Blair, 30, died in hospital on May 22, 2017, following transfer from the Southwest Detention Centre in Windsor. 
BOWLEY, Brennan to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. Bowley, 23, died on Jan. 18, 2018, while in custody at the Hamilton Wentworth Detention Centre.
BROWN, Samuel to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. Brown, 18 years old, died at Brantford General Hospital on February 9, 2018, after transfer from the W. Ross MacDonald School.
CHAU, Phong-Nien to be announced to be announced Dr. R. Reddoch Mr. Chau, 40, died on July 24, 1994, of injuries sustained in an altercation at the Joyceville Penitentiary.

to be announced to be announced to be announced Ms. Culleton, 66; Ms. Kuzyk, 36; and Ms. Warmerdam, 48, were killed on September 22, 2015, in their homes in Hastings and Renfrew Counties, by a man who was known to them.
DESGROSSEILLIERS, Timothy Oct. 5, 2020 Toronto Dr. R. Boyko Mr. Desgrosseilliers, 52, died on September 8, 2017, from injuries sustained while working at a construction site in Toronto. News Release
EID, Gilbert postponed Toronto Dr. M. Goldstein Mr. Eid, 44, died on October 31, 2016, at a construction site. 
EKAMBA, Boekwa Diza postponed to be announced to be announced Mr. Ekamba, 22, died on March 21, 2015, following an encounter with Peel Regional Police. 
ELLIOTT, Timothy Elliott Sept. 28, 2020 Thunder Bay Dr. Michael Wilson Mr. Elliott, 42, died on September 12, 2015, while in custody at the Thunder Bay District Jail. News Release

postponed to be announced to be announced Mr. Fazilov, 31; Mr. Bondarevs, 24; Mr. Korostin, 40; and Mr. Blumberg, 38, died on Dec. 24, 2009, from multiple injuries sustained when they fell from scaffolding at a construction site in Toronto. 
FERREIRA, Nelson to be announced to be announced Dr. J. Carlisle Mr. Ferreira, 44, died on May 21, 2015, while working at a construction site in Markham.
FREEMAN, Devon to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. Freeman, 17, was reported missing from the Lynwood Charlton Centre, Flamborough Site, in October 2017. He was found deceased near that location on April 12, 2018.
HASSAN, Abdurahman to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. Hassan, 39, died on June 11, 2015, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre following a transfer from the Central East Correction Facility.
JEFFREY, Mark to be announced to be announced Dr. M.E. Bourne Mr. Jeffrey, 34, died on June 29, 2015, while an inmate at the Beaver Creek Institution.
JOHNE, Derek to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. Johne, 28, died in hospital on June 20, 2017, following a transfer from the Maplehurst Correctional Complex in Milton.
KNOX, Kyle to be announced to be announced Dr. J. Tang Mr. Knox, 24, died on October 11, 2011, while working at a construction site. 
LEGARDE, Daniel to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. Legarde, 45, died on November 26, 2016, at the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital after a gunshot injury he sustained in an encounter with the Ontario Provincial Police.
LEPAGE, Ronald Charles postponed to be announced Dr. G. Bond Mr. Lepage, 59, died in hospital on April 6, 2017, from injuries sustained while operating a dumptruck at the Copper Cliff Refinery in Sudbury. 
MAMAKWA, Donald to be announced Thunder Bay Dr. David Eden Mr. Mamakwa, 44, died on August 3, 2014, while in police custody.
McKECHNIE, Ryan to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. McKechnie, 34, died on June 29, 2017, while in custody at the Hamilton Wentworth Detention Centre.

to be announced to be announced Dr. M. Wilson Mr. Meekis, 58, died on December 23, 2012, and Mr. McDonald, 52, died on January 6, 2013, in separate incidents when their grooming machines broke through ice and fell into lakes in the Northern region.
MUNRO, Jeff to be announced to be announced Dr. D. Evans Mr. Munro, aged 31, died on Nov. 7, 2009, while an inmate at Toronto Jail.
NABICO, Rui-Filipe postponed Toronto Dr. R. Reddoch Mr. Nabico, 31, died in hospital on Nov. 4, 2016, after collapsing while in police custody.
OGUNDIPE, Victor to be announced to be announced Dr. J. Tang Mr. Ogundipe, 41, died in hospital on Jan. 26, 2017, following transfer from the Toronto South Detention Centre.
ORUITEMEKA, Emmanuel postponed Thunder Bay Dr. R. Reddoch Mr. Oruitemeka, 25, died in hospital on February 16, 2014, after collapsing while in police custody four days earlier.  
PAHULAK, Miroslaw Oct. 5, 2020 Toronto Dr. M. Bourne Mr. Pahulak, 55, died on March 16, 2018, from injuries sustained from a fall at a construction site. News Release
PIGEAU, Richard postponed Sudbury Dr. D. Cameron Mr. Pigeau, 54, died on October 20, 2015, from injuries sustained while working at the Nickel Rim South Mine in the City of Greater Sudbury. 
REVILLA SANCHEZ, Jesus to be announced to be announced Dr. D. Cameron Mr. Revilla Sanchez, 38, died on Dec. 5, 1996 at the Great War Memorial Hospital as a result of injuries sustained while working at a construction site near Perth.
ROBERTSON, Barry to be announced to be announced to be announced Mr. Robertson, aged 31, died on March 26, 2012, during the course of his employment at a work site in Ottawa.
SAIDI, Babak postponed Ottawa Dr. R. Reddoch Mr. Saidi, 43, died on December 23, 2017, in Morrisburg, of injuries sustained when he was shot by an Ontario Provincial Police officer.

STEINFORT, Allan postponed to be announced Dr. R. Reddoch Mr. Steinfort, 53, died in hospital on August 7, 2018, after transfer from Quinte Detention Centre. 
SURY, Tomasz postponed to be announced Dr. G. Bond Mr. Sury, 35, died in hospital on December 30, 2017, from injuries sustained during an encounter with police officers. 
VEILLETTE, Jean Hervé postponed to be announced to be announced Mr. Veillette, 48, died in hospital on January 17, 2019, after transfer from the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre.
WRIGHT, Bradley postponed Belleville Dr. S. Bodley Mr. Wright, 55, died on April 2, 2018, from injuries sustained while working at a construction site. 
YATIM, Sammy to be announced to be announced Dr. D. Cameron Mr. Yatim, 18, died in hospital on July 27, 2013, after being shot by police inside a Toronto Transit Commission streetcar. News release
